We operate under City of London trading patterns meaning we close our kitchen at 9PM week days and Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays. We have a space in our team for a chef looking for a flexible schedule or someone keen to develop into their first kitchen job role to complete our back of house team, either part or full time!
As a chef you will be responsible for delivering excellent quality food while keeping the business and guests safe. We are happy to train chefs without previous experience into the job role - all we ask is a positive attitude and will to take on a challenge!

What will I be doing? As a kitchen team member you'll:
-be a champion of brand standards
-cook to spec and work within brand targets
-ensure the equipment is clean and well maintained
