About the role...

• Fully support your management team on all aspects of the kitchen
• Ensure all our dishes are served to our specs and our kitchen team is fully trained
• Lead engaging and fun shifts, supporting teamwork within front and back of house
• Ensure kitchen is set up and closed down with precision and pride
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
