My client, a leading European Intellectual Property law firm based in London, is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Paralegal to join them on either a permanent basis or fixed-term contract working as their new Knowledge Paralegal.
As the successful Knowledge Paralegal, you'll work with the Head of Knowledge and the Library/Information Manager to support the implementations of the firm's knowledge strategy.
You'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting with the collection of knowledge materials created by Fee-Earners
- Curating content on the firm's knowledge hub (inc. classifying, tagging and uploading relevant content)
- Assisting Fee-Earners with knowledge queries and providing guidance when needed
- Assisting with the maintenance and development of precedent and standard documents
- Undertaking research for the knowledge team
- Monitoring and updating the firm's knowledge hub

This Knowledge Paralegal vacancy will best be suited for someone with the following experience/background:
- A Future Trainee with an interest and/or previous experience within Intellectual Property or general Knowledge Paralegal experience and over 12 months availability
- A Career Paralegal within Knowledge who also has an interest and/or previous experience within Intellectual Property
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident liaising with Fee-Earners and staff of all levels
- Knowledge of 'SharePoint' will be an advantage
- A qualification in STEM will be an advantage
