We’re looking for ‘people who love people’ as we hope that each and every guest who visits Knowsley Safari experiences “The Best Day Out Ever”. This centres around positive guest engagement, being respectful and welcoming, understanding and empathetic and relies on you using your initiative to enhance their experience.
We are currently recruiting for:
- Pay lane staff – being part of the team that greets people on the start of their day, checking tickets etc
- Membership team – signing up visitors to the Safari Park membership
- Sealions Steward – Maintaining customer expectations, and capacities at the sealion show
- Events Team – being part of the Summer events assisting families with games and activities for the summer events
Candidates must have good availability for weekends, school holidays and ideally some mid-week days too from mid July until September. Please note these roles are due to start in JULY- we are shortlisting applications over the next few weeks.
If you want to work as a rides assistant you must be over 18 years old.

If you answered YES to all these talents, then you could be joining our guest engagement and customer services team.
We are looking for candidates with some previous customer service experience, ideally in retail. You will need good availability and MUST be available weekends.
If you are successful with your application, you must be willing to work on a flexible basis. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business and time of the year. Working days will include weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, school holidays and evenings.
Interviews will be held at our head office in Liverpool City Centre.

18- 20: £8.65 + Hol Pay, TOTAL: £9.69
21+: £11.49 + Hol Pay, TOTAL: £12.87
