Address Responsibilities: Develop and implement lesson plans for students with sensory needs, predominantly non-verbal, and exhibiting challenging behaviors. Supervise and coordinate a team of three additional staff members. Complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks. Requirements: Previous experience in SLD schools. Ability to devise dynamic, interactive lessons tailored to individual student requirements. Proactive approach to establishing rapport with students and fostering independence. Supportive demeanor towards children facing medical, sensory, and behavioral obstacles. Excellent communication skills and adeptness in collaborative environments. Schedule: Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM Breaks: 15-minute morning break, 45-minute lunch break Weekly teachers' meeting every Monday until 4:30 PM.
