Reception Class Teacher

Step Teachers are working with a mainstream infant school in Harrow and seeking an enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join the team after the May half term or September 2024 for the right teacher. 

The school is proud to hold a 'Good' grade on its most recent Ofsted inspection, they are eager for their new Reception Class Teacher to continue delivering high-quality lessons and enriching students' learning & development. 

As a Reception Class Teacher your position: 

• Planning inclusive and engaging lessons against the EYFS framework

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed 

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable 

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required 

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively  

To be considered for the Reception Class Teacher role you will: 

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of 

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience  

• Have good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
