KS2 Teacher will need to be:

• An excellent KS2 Teacher with a proven record of raising achievement.
• Resourceful, innovative and able to embrace change.
• Have exceptional Behaviour management with the ability to inspire your students.
• Have the knowledge and expertise to enthuse your colleagues.
• You must have QTS and an excellent academic background.
• A teacher who is committed to personal and professional development.

KS2 Teacher Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out teaching duties in accordance with the school's schemes of work, National Curriculum and designated subject areas.
• Liaise with colleagues to deliver units of work in a collaborative way in accordance with the School Development Plan.
• Work with teaching assistants, the SENCO and the inclusion team.
• Set challenging targets for pupil attainment levels.
• Be an exemplar teacher.
• Share in the responsibility for the well-being and discipline of all pupils.
