Billings Accountant

We are currently recruiting for a Billings Accountant to join our client, a global and fast-growing SaaS organisation. As the Billings Accountant, you will be responsible for all revenue and billing in and out of the company.
Key Responsibilities for the Billings Accountant:

• Work closely with the sales and operations team on receiving sales contracts, amendments and change orders into NetSuite.
• Deal with numerous currencies and make sure all data is correct
• Dealing with all invoices and making sure the appropriate taxes are in place.
• Prepare credit memos and gather appropriate approvals.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures related to revenue recognition and account reconciliations.
• Utilise NetSuite to extract various sources of data and reports for management.

Key Experience for the Billings Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or related accounting experience
• Proficient with Excel & other Finance systems (such as NetSuite)
• Experience with high-volume billings
• Knowledge of currencies and exchange rates
• Passionate & purposeful
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
