What you’ll get

· Day time working only- no shifts! Flexible start and finish times between 6am and 6pm to suit you.

· 39 hour or 50 hour contract- this would be assessed on a case by case basis, but the higher salary band would be for a 50 hour contract.

· Competitive salary, with bonus scheme based on company performance. Salary range £30,000 to £40,000

· 22 days holiday per year, increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 27 days (plus bank holidays)

What you’ll do

· Run either a HP digital press, MPS flexographic press, or Digicon finishing press depending on your previous experience, along with the opportunity to train on the other presses.

· Problem solve any issues, and communicate this with relevant parties

· Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and achieve the highest quality of label production

· Strive for efficiency in all areas of your work

· Be responsible for press maintenance, make-ready and health and safety

What you’ll need

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the print industry

· Outstanding colour matching skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent communication skills, including being able to communicate with Customers on site

· A willingness to learn and develop

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
