At our site in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire we are looking for a Laboratory Scientist to join our expanding Immunology and Immunotoxicology (I&I) department.
Working as part of our growing I&I department, you will undertake analysis of pre-clinical and clinical samples for the Immunoassay, flow cytometry or cell based section.The work in this department supports multiplexed & high sensitivity biomarker analysis, immunogenicity assessment, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic assessment of novel therapeutics.

- Sample analysis using a variety of analytical techniques such as ELISA utilizing MSD, I3X and Luminex Technologies-and Flow cytometry, Cell culture
- Producing high quality data and documentation in line with the requirements of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
- QC checking of data to ensure GLP requirements are met
- Maintaining laboratory equipment

Education:
- BSc relevant to Immunology and Immunotoxicology e.g. Immunology, Biology, Biomedical Science. Experience may be substituted for education
Full training will be provided however, the following is advantageous:
- Interest in relevant scientific areas such as ligand binding, flow cytometry or cell based assays
- Previous laboratory or regulatory experience
