About the role:
This is a customer service role based in a call centre environment. Candidates will need to present excellent customer service skills to provide service requirements for TDL clients (externally and internally) and also to patients.
The ideal candidate will have a science background in education and customer service experience. The candidate will need to be flexible in shift times as the team cover Monday to Friday 7am to 11pm. Saturdays 7am to 11pm, Sundays 9am to 6pm as well shifts on bank holidays. A daily shift will include incoming telephone calls, complaints handling and problem solving and also support in admin tasks.
