Laboratory Support Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Laboratory Support services team, ensuring a safe and well organised working environment, that reflects the high standards we uphold! What you'll do:  

• Clean laboratory floor areas, as well as workstations and surfaces to the required standard
• Ensure communal areas such as offices and amenities are pristine, replenishing consumables as required
• Carry out routine inspections on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor
• Collaborate with team members to achieve a spotless environment
• Organise the disposal, laundering and replenishing of laboratory laundry
• Carry out requests and tasks in a helpful and professional manner, building relationships with those you work with

What you bring: 

• Previous relevant experience is an asset, but certainly not essential
• Proven previous experience in following strict processes
• A strong team-player, with great communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing cleaning priorities
• A knowledge of Health and Safety practices
