Employee Relations Administrator

- Hours: Flexible hours 7.5 hour day 30 min lunch (8am- 4:30pm/ 9am- 5:30pm)

If so, my client is seeking an Employee Relations Administrator to join their HR team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing employee relations documentation and communication, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the department.
Day to day of the role:
- Typing and distributing acknowledgement letters for various HR-related processes.
- Crafting invite letters for grievance, appeal, capability, and flexible working meetings.
- Sending out medical referral consent letters as required.
- Organising invites for sickness/welfare meetings
- Collating absence reports
- Issuing initial absence without leave (AWOL) letters.
- Preparing holding letters for pending cases or inquiries.
- Taking comprehensive notes during meetings and ensuring accurate records.
- Coordinating and setting up meetings on Microsoft Teams.
- Handling telephone messages and ensuring they reach the appropriate team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within an HR or employee relations context.
- Strong typing and note-taking skills to ensure clear and accurate documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
