Laboratory Technician

Jade Stirk at CK Group is recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a chemicals manufacturing company at their site based in Houghton Le Spring, on an initial 3 month contract.
Location:
You will be based at the company's site in Houghton Le Spring, easily commutable by road from Durham, Sunderland and Chester-le-Street.
Role:
You will be responsible for testing materials and and inputting data onto LIMS.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:

• Degree qualified or equivalent in chemistry or a related subject
• Ideally some proven industry experience gained as a lab technician or chemical analyst
