Job description

SG Personnel was formed in 2013 and is a highly reputable recruitment agency based in Sunderland. We are currently looking to recruit a labour cooridnator/administrator into our business, which leads naturally into working as a full account manager within the business.

The purpose of the role is to work with clients, who we currenlty supply workers to on a temporary basis, managing day to day, shift to shift supply, rota's and dealing with issues that arise from supplying labour.

The duties will include:

  • Delivering the recruitment element of our service, sourcing appropriate candidates for clients
  • Delivering on site recruitment processes
  • Managing accounts, post supply of people, and the issues that may occur
  • Responding to clients at very short notice

The successful applicants do not need recruitment experience, but will require the following:

  • An excellent ability to communicate over the telephone and face to face

  • Attention to detail
  • An ability to think on your feet
  • A wish to build a career and be truly rewarded for effort
  • Live within easy commuting distance of Sunderland

We are looking for someone with ambition and drive who would like to progress in the business to become a stand alone account manager which then carries a higher salary plus bonus payments which could take earning up to 35000. This is definitely not a 9am-5pm role at this point and requires responding to clients requirements and issues with workers often outside of standard office hours.
