Reporting to the Productivity Manager, you will work in a team of workforce specialist who will support the business in the adoption of productive work demand.

Form part of the data collection team and be responsible for data transformationSupport data accuracy and integrityLead data analysis and insightsCollaboration and gap IdentificationCross–functional collaboration within WFMSupport in the clear communication and reporting of data.Work with the Labour Model Manager on Labour Model maintenanceReview business processes and productivity measurementLead insight in to process optimisation.Stakeholder educationLabour standards productionSupport measurement studies Preferred Skills and/or Training:
Experience designing, building, and maintaining data processing pipelines and reports.Workforce Management knowledgeTechnical expertise with data models, data mining, and data segmentation techniquesHighly proficient in Microsoft applications particularly excel.Excellent analytical and organisation skillsStrong critical thinking and problem–solving skillsGreat communication skills (presentations, documents, emails)
