Key responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Company and customer/client policies and procedures
- Prioritise contracts by potential and provide practical guidance and support to those that are identified as having Labour Optimisation challenges (Assess labour needs and the optimum way to fulfil the demand), and complete a programme of change management to contract specification)
- To be owner of the Labour Models and ensure these are maintained in relevant reporting and kept up to date with technology innovation
- Analyse future schedules to ensure they are deployed to facilitate the predicted demand.
- Provide guidance on-site management teams how to optimise and charge correctly for labour hours as the business needs change.
- Provide analysis from dashboards to each segment as required to assist in labour cost alignment to demand.
- Instigate reporting and analysis tools, to track the financial results and achievements of labour management initiatives.
- Advise senior management through analysis, discussion, and recommendation.
- This role will need to build strong partnerships with operations, account management, finance, and software development teams to realise some of the outcomes.
- Promptly report any allegations of impropriety.
- Experience in delivering data centric organisational change.
- Great communicator with demonstrable experience to influence senior management.
- Proficient use MS Office
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Demonstrate a passion for research and be highly skilled in performing quantitative analyses on various business functions.
