Land Acquisition Manager

North

£50,000 base plus £30,000 OTE commission


Fourblue are working with an Engineering PLC who are a provider of ultra rapid electric vehicle (EV) charging hubs across the UK. As they expand their presence in the market, they are seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to join their team.


As a Land Acquisition Manager specialising in Ultra Rapid EV Charging, your primary responsibility is to drive our site acquisition growth by selling fully funded EV charging solutions to commercial and public sector clients.

Responsibilities;

  • Working to secure a long-term competitive advantage by sourcing, negotiating, and executing valuable real estate and partnership deals
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to establish site acquisition strategy and targets
  • Conducts site visits to establish viability and economic potential of future charging locations
  • Manages top-of-the-funnel screening, analysis, and documentation of potential new sites.
  • Leads commercial negotiations relating to site acquisition
  • Builds relationships with key real estate owners and developers to leverage portfolio properties for potential development
  • Works with internal team and external resources to complete due diligence on sites
  • Builds relationships with corporate entities for colocation of Revel charging infrastructure
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth installations
  • Maintain accurate records of site acquisition activities and client interactions
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to management
  • Forecast trends and opportunities for growth


Requirements;

  • Real Estate Expertise: Understanding of the property sector and ability to liaise with stakeholders
  • Market Analysis: The ability to research and assess the demand for EV charging infrastructure to support site selection
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to present proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with various internal and external parties
  • Problem Solving: The ability to identify and overcome obstacles related to site acquisition
  • Data Analysis: Analysing data, such as traffic, demographics, and usage statistics, to make informed decisions
  • Full UK driving license
