Job description

We have an incredible, new opportunity for a Land & Development Administrator to join our team within Vistry North East Midlands, based at our office in Enderby, Leicestershire. As our Land & Development Administrator, you will be responsible to provide administrative and secretarial support for the Land & Development Teams. You will need to be experienced in an administrative capacity, with good IT and word processing skills. You will expected to manage a multitude of technical information, requiring good organisational skills. Full training will be given for all aspects of the specific duties.

  • More about the Land & Development Administrator role
    • To assist with the management of diaries and arranging meetings for the Director and team where required, and to take and issue accurate minutes of meetings.
    • Assist in the preparation of pre-start meetings and handover documentation required.
    • Assist in the preparation of technical release packs including legal handover packs to external solicitors.
    • Co-ordinate & maintain accurate records of Consultant's Appointments & Collateral Warranties.
    • To assist Partnerships Manager with collating and saving Partner Documentation into filing system.
    • Input project data onto the COINS system.
    • Assist with the processing and logging of Purchase Orders & Invoicing.
    • File all correspondence & Drawings in 4Projects, keeping files up to date within a framework system.
    • Administer document hosting systems (such as Viewpoint/4Projects) including quality control checks.
    • Apply for Building Control & Warranty and register with Robust Details.
    • Maintain and update user register on the Building control portals such as NHBC portal.
    • Assist with submitting information to authorities such as LA Planning and Building Control.
    • Work with the customer care & Sales teams to ensure the smooth and effective updating of the IT systems supporting our care service to customers.
    • Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system.
    • Assist the Director with administering and reporting sickness and holiday absence and report to the HR and Payroll departments as required, and support with Director expense submissions.
    • General admin support for Land & Development Teams including answering the telephone, copying and distributing documents, and producing letters and documents using Microsoft Office packages
