SalaryCaralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Land Manager for a housebuilder based in Hampshire.
The role will be to source appropriate sites to buy that meets the Company’s criteria. There is a planning team in place ready to deal with much of the processing, freeing up the land team to network and do deals. The patch is Hampshire and surrounding counties.
You will ideally be a Land Manager or Land Buyer with a residential developer and ready to move to a company that has the budget and appetite to buy sites.
You will be keen to network and work with existing and new contacts to proactively bring land to the business. A land bonus is in place for each site successfully acquired.
