This is a great opportunity to play a key role in developing a new service within Cumbria, making a real, positive impact on skills and careers across the land- and nature-based sectors. The LANSS will connect people with learning and training opportunities relevant to land- and nature-based work, in and near Cumbria.
You’ll be part of a small team running a hub website, providing outreach and advisory services in-person and online, and inclusively engaging potential learners, employers and training providers with the Service. As a team you’ll launch and deliver the LANSS for Cumbria across 2024-2026, further develop it and plan for its long-term sustainability.
The Adviser role is focussed on researching learning & training delivery and skills needs and gaps, producing and keeping up-to-date an online directory of relevant provision, developing and implementing a strategy for training brokerage and providing advice to users of the service.
We are flexible about part or full time. Salary is in the region of £30,800 FTE.
