What you’ll be doing
- Research and identify potential land opportunities suitable for residential or PBSA projects, analysing their feasibility and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with distressed leaseholders to explore potential acquisition and development opportunities
- Identify House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) opportunities in alignment with the company's strategic growth plans
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends in the residential or PBSA property markets
- Provide support and advice to letting staff during the property leasing process
What you will have
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Property Development sector
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field would be beneficial
- Strong knowledge of the residential or PBSA property markets
- Proficient in conducting market research and analysis
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory frameworks
