AddressLettings Manager – Middlesborough – £27,000 to £32,000 plus commission

What you’ll be doing
- Running a profitable and well organised Lettings Department
- Providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants
- Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performance and branch targets
- Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career
- Property valuations and viewings
What you’ll have
- Ideally, you’ll have a wealth of experience in the estate agency industry, with a strong background in managing staff and building/ nurturing client relationships
- A proven track record in being able to a drive a branch and win new business and be able to achieve monthly KPIs
- Excellent communication skills, be target driven, have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude
