AddressLettings Property Manager – Manchester – Up to £30,000 DOE
New role to join a firm who provide a full 360 property management, with a Director who has over 13 years industry experience.
They’re now on the hunt for a Lettings Property Manager to compliment their team.

What you will be doing
- Landlord/Tenant interaction - as their main point of contact, providing a prompt and professional service by phone and email
- Conducting regular property inspections and visits
- Book in and follow works through to completion with contractors and maintenance staff
- Arranging initial/renewal of compliance certificates such as Gas, EICR, Pat testing
- Managing a portfolio of 180 x properties
- Work alongside the lettings team to coordinate move-in and move-out inspections
- Assisting with the process and collection of tenant arrears
What you will have
- Proven experience in a Property Management or lettings negotiator role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of the lettings/property management industry and current legislation changes
- Own car and driving licence
