Purpose of The Post:
To act as an interface between the sales team, the end customer and the laboratory in the reporting and interpretation of test reports in the relevant Product Testing Categories.
- To support the sales team in the delivery of customers’ needs and requirements.
- To report and communicate results to Eurofins clients.
- Understand testing processes and how these principles can be applied to the relevant legislation.
- Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
- Keep up to date with current techniques, topics and legislation to advise Eurofins and its customers on accurate implementation of their requirements.
- To create and maintain appropriate report templates as legislations and standards change.
- To assist the laboratory in applying the best practice and interpretation of results.
- Ensure all reasonable steps are taken to achieve accuracy, reliability, and repeatability of test results.
- To generate client specific reports with conclusions with a high level of quality and technical competence.
- To support the laboratory when requested in carrying out testing where appropriate training is in place
- To understand the costing information contained within the LIMS system and on the jobs assigned and react when something does not look correct.
- To support the work tracking systems of the department by promptly completing the relevant Excel Documents.
- To partake in any developmental training as required in compliance with the company standard.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office and Eurofins specific systems including ComLIMS, eLIMS and EOL online services.
