Technical Services Manager

TSR are seeking a highly skilled and commercial fit out experienced Technical Services Manager with a mechanical bias to run the fit out and commissioning of a 7-floor project. As the Technical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, meeting high-quality standards within the specified time frame.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate Mechanical and Electrical packages on the project.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain efficient communication and work flow.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
Requirements:
• Mechanical bias with extensive experience in managing M&E packages.
• Previous experience on high-end projects, experience of exposed services (VRF and FCUs), Data , AV and specialist security.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects of a similar scale ( 20m).
• In-date CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification
