SalaryLand Surveyor - required for our client who are a leading Surveying company who provide topographical surveys and site setting out in the north of England. This is an opportunity for a Senior or Assistant Land Surveyor to join a friendly office in Gateshead and learn all aspects of land and measured surveying.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior or Assistant Land Surveyor to join an expanding company. There is the requirement to work under extreme weather conditions and environmental conditions with the requirement to travel so all applicants must be resistant and flexible.
The most suitable individual for this role will have good knowledge within Land surveying through education or trough work experience and a full clean UK driving license. If successful, you will be offered a structured training programme to help you learn all the aspects of the job but our client requires an individual who is keen to learn and follow instructions. This would be a fantastic career opportunity for a graduate with a degree within this field.
Land Surveyor Position Overview
- Carry out measured surveys and land surveys across the North
- Work under extreme weather conditions on site
- Travel to different locations of the UK

Land Surveyor Position Requirements
- Degree, HNC, NVQ qualified within a relevant discipline or similar
- Experience within the sector
- Living in or close to the Gateshead area
- Knowledge of GPS, remote sensing, photogrammetry and laser scanning
- Driving Licence
Land Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Salary depending upon experience
- Monday - Friday (8am - 16.45pm + 45 min lunch)
- 20 days holiday (extra day for 5 years' service)
