Landscape Architect

Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing an award winning, landscape design and build specialist based just outside of Northwich, who are seeking an experience Landscape Architect to join their ever-growing team. This client assists with total project management from planning and design guidance through to construction, completion, and maintenance.

Since establishing they have developed an outstanding reputation, resulting in a high level of both repeat and new business. Their cliental varies between Commercial, Private Residential and Public Realm, with project values ranging between 1 million up to 5 million.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to become part of a tight knit team, to only progressing their career but also having an influence on the company's progression in the near future.

Landscape Architect Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary, ranging between 35,000 to 50,000 depending on experience
• 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays

Landscape Architect Position Overview

• Carrying out a range of tasks including landscape design, landscape planning and Environmental Impact Assessment
• Assisting in delivering projects to a high standard within the client brief and budget
• Working on a range of Residential, Commercial, Educational and Healthcare
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Provide landscape design and landscape management services
• Prepare plans, illustrative material and graphic presentations
• Liaise directly with clients and to take clients' instructions
• Undertake landscape design work as instructed by clients and senior members of staff.

Landscape Architect Position Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years post qualification
• Based in a commutable distance of Northwich
• Chartership and CMLI status (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to produce plans using CAD software's and Adobe Creative Suite
• Full UK driver's license and own transport
