- False imprisonment, wrongful arrest, and unlawful arrest.
- Police assault and battery.
- Incidents of negligence or accidents within the prison system.
- Breaches of human rights.
- Trespass claims.
- Malicious prosecution.
- Unlawful stop and search or strip search.
- Taser gun or dog bite injuries.
- Discrimination claims.
