Lcv Technician

Basic Salary: Up to 39,000 per annum.
OTE Average: 46,000, with the potential for more.
2,000 guarantee bonus on top of your salary and OTE after completing 12 months of employment.

My client is seeking a skilled and experienced LCV Van Technician in Poole, Dorset. The ideal LCV Technician will live in the Poole, Dorset area & have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, particularly for light commercial vehicles (LCVs) up to 7.5 tonnes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair work on LCVs up to 7.5 tonnes.
• Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues to customers in an understandable manner.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience working on vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes.
• EV certification or relevant experience with electric vehicles is highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills
