Prestigious UK law firm is seeking to hire an L&D Advisor to join their busy and expanding Learning & Development team in London.
- Salary to £50,000

L&D Advisor Key Duties:
- Project management of Partner and Counsel mentoring programmes
- Managing and monitoring the annual training budget for Business Services
- Supporting team members with L&D queries, projects and idea generation
- Deliver the L&D induction for new joiners (excluding Partners)
- Supporting and leading on ad hoc L&D project work
- Overall responsibility for development of the firm's Solicitor apprentice population
L&D Advisor Key Skills:
- Experience of working within an Early Careers / L&D team is desirable, working with apprentices would also be desirable.
- Experience gained from a law firm or professional services environment would be advantageous.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
- Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.
