Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for people and their development? Our fantastic client based in the heart of Woking are seeking an individual who is able to do just that and more. The purpose of this role is to support with duties from managing training, right through to diary management and employee liaisons, on a 12-month basis.
Duties of the L&D Coordinator will include:
Organising a high volume of training and induction courses
Managing the training inbox
Coordinating booking agreements and diaries across the business
Inputting data into the in-house system
Creating reports and spreadsheets
Delivering refresher training sessions via Teams
Liaise often with management and business directors.
Looking after the apprenticeships across the business
Maintaining a high volume of administrative duties
Communicate with various people across the business
The ideal L&D Coordinator will:
Must have excellent organisational skills.
Have the ability to manage a high workload and busy inbox.
Be able to prioritise a large number of tasks effectively.
Must be proactive and able to think ahead
Be confident working as a team of 1 but also collaboratively across the business.
Previous HR system experience is essential
Be confident with data and reporting
Must have a good understanding of the full MS Suite, in particular Excel
Have the ability to confidently communicate with individuals at all levels
Previous experience in handling a high volume of administrative duties
