My client, based in Ascot, are looking for an HR Assistant to join their growing HR Team. In this new role you will have the chance to make a difference and grow your career in HR. The company is growing quickly so it’s a great time to join!

As an HR Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that handles all aspects of HR, such as recruitment, training and development, payroll administration, and compensation and benefits. You will also be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, maintain HR records and databases, and work with internal teams to resolve HR-related issues

This role is perfect for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a sense of humour. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals and develop your skills and knowledge in HR. Study support for the completion of a CIPD qualification is also a possibility.

Essential criteria:

• Driving licence and car
• Happy to travel to other sites 
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• A good academic background, preferably to GCSE level or beyond.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
• A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
