You will work as an L&D Officer, for a Government Regulator in Canary Wharf, on a 6 month interim basis. Daily rate: £145 PAYE or £165 Umbrella per day.
Hybrid working: 40% in the office - 3 days at home and 2 days in the office per week, (37 hours)Interviews will take place on 11th and 12th April.
Your new role
Within a fast-paced organisation of 1,300, you will provide administrative and project support to the Academy team of 6, and you will report to the Talent and Academy Manager.
- Working with senior stakeholders across the business to understand their team's training needs
- Raising PO's and tracking budgets
- Managing the academy inbox, responding to queries regarding all available learning, such as employees applying for training courses, asking what is available to them etc,
- Supporting with inductions
- Support on projects such as professional qualifications and appraisal process
What you'll need to succeed
- The role will start week commencing 22nd April, so please only apply if you are available on 1 week's notice, or immediately.
- You must have experience of learning and development in a professional setting
- There is no LMS, so you must be able to use trackers and Excel

What you'll get in return
You will be paid on a weekly basis and the role may be extended beyond 6 months. You can work flexibly 40% of your time in the office, with no set days in-office.
