THE ROLE
As the Lead Analyst your focus will be to build and develop the marketing strategy through analytics, specifically you will have to:
- Use Python (SQL) to query large sets of data focussed on market research to provide detailed recommendations on products, which to sell and how to sell them!
- Identify areas for optimisation in the marketing process through clear analysis, focus on profit loss, targeted marketing and segmented analysis to improve marketing success
- Provide insights into the customer, who they are and how best to engage with them!
- Run A/B tests on campaigns and product launches to heighten up take and company growth
- Mentor in a growing data team taking lead on projects and prioritising workload
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong R/Python (SQL) to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
- Experience analysing marketing, product and customer data
- Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
