- Achieve and exceed monthly consultation booking targets.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.

**Working Hours:**

We offer flexible shifts between 9:00 am and 8:30 pm to accommodate different schedules. Morning and evening shifts are available, allowing you to choose the hours that best suit your lifestyle.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.

- Persistence and motivation to excel in a performance-based environment.

- Experience in dentistry, healthcare, or reception roles is advantageous.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Willingness to undergo training and continuously improve conversion techniques.

- Proven track record in sales or customer service is a plus.
