Lead D365 Developer (Associate Director): GBP95k DOE - Glasgow (Hybrid)

Job Description:

As the Lead D365 Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements, develop customisations, and integrate D365 with other systems. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the D365 platform.

This role will be crucial to business development and will see you operate in a Associate Director level role collaborating with senior stakeholders, and leading business teams in a hands on capacity.

This role will be on a hybrid working model, to be discussed during interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of D365 solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, providing technical expertise and recommendations.
• Design, customise, and extend D365 applications using best practices.
• Integrate D365 with other enterprise systems using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of D365 solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in D365 and related technologies, and drive the adoption of new features and best practices.
• Ensure that all development activities comply with industry standards, security policies, and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing projects.
• Strong proficiency with relevant programming languages.
• Deep understanding of D365 modules
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
