We are thrilled to partner with a leading healthcare establishment dedicated to elevating the health and welfare of the communities it serves. Currently, we are on the lookout for a Lead Data Analyst Workforce to join their team in Gloucestershire.
As a Lead Data Analyst - Workforce, you will provide high-level analytical support for workforce projects to stakeholders, including executive level. Collaborate with the Head of People Planning to develop workforce information provision and manage data systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Progress workforce development plans in collaboration with Organisational leaders.
• Conduct ongoing research to enhance workforce information analysis.
• Analyse complex data and present findings effectively.
• Manage and lead the Workforce Information team.
• Provide expert advice on data collection tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree level education or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of information-related field.
• Expertise in ESR or similar systems and NHS data.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in information analysis.
• Experience in managing staff and working in the NHS.
