Currently, we are on the lookout for a Lead Data Analyst Workforce to join their team in Gloucestershire.As a Lead Data Analyst - Workforce, you will provide high-level analytical support for workforce projects to stakeholders, including executive level. Collaborate with the Head of People Planning to develop workforce information provision and manage data systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Progress workforce development plans in collaboration with Organisational leaders.
- Conduct ongoing research to enhance workforce information analysis.
- Analyse complex data and present findings effectively.
- Manage and lead the Workforce Information team.
- Provide expert advice on data collection tools.
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of information-related field.
- Expertise in ESR or similar systems and NHS data.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in information analysis.
- Experience in managing staff and working in the NHS.
