Our client is a top-tier, super polished Investment Management firm based in the heart of Mayfair, expertly dealing with the investments of UHNW and high profile clients. They have a small team who are very welcoming, work collaboratively, and all strive for the same superior level of output for their clients.

The role of Personal Assistant is to support a genuine power-house within finance, who heads up the Private Client side of the business. He has an open and transparent style of working, and needs a PA to work closely alongside him as a true right hand, as well as offer further support to other team members when needed.

ROLE:

• High level and complex diary management – at present the Partners has 3 client meetings per day and so a proactive approach is needed, with a huge emphasis on prioritisation
• Travel arrangements, which will include full itineraries, visas, and all other documents needed
• Arrange all meetings, dealing directly with clients in  a professional and helpful manner
• Give clients information on investments and funding
• Processing a high volume of expenses in a timely fashion
• Create presentations, reports, documents, take minutes, and deal with all IT requirements
• Liaise directly with the Partner’s Personal PA and Driver

CANDIDATE:

• A background supporting a senior individual in a right-hand fashion, where an excellent working relationship has been achieved and true value added, is essential
• Tech savvy and keen to proactively work on behalf on the Partner in this regard
• A strong educational background, and smart and positive attitude towards working
• The ability to work well within a small team and become a central figure with ease and confidence
