An award winning business with hundreds of specialist stores across the country, a growing online platform and a consistent legacy of growth in sales and profits, our client is in need for a Lead Data & Insight Analyst to join the team. This is a newly created role joining a rapidly expanding team. You will be pivotal in the development of UX for the business and play a central role in the wider Ecommerce team.
Key responsibilities in the position of Lead Data & Insight Analyst will include:
- Proactively using the suite of analysis tools including Content Square, GA4, Excel and Google Looker Studio
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPI's
- Manage your time to respond to AdHoc requests from both the Senior Leadership Team and the wider Ecommerce team
- Using data visualisation tools to effectively communicate findings to all stakeholders
- Own and present weekly/monthly business insights reports
- Ensure data quality and accuracy whilst working with 3rd party agencies
- Develop brilliant relationships with the Ecommerce and Digital team, supporting with all of their reporting requirements
- Work hand in hand with the UX Design Lead on the UX workstream
- Prioritise insights for UX optimisation
- Regularly and proactively perform market and competitor analysis, staying ahead of of emerging trends and software
About you:
- A minimum of 4 years in a similar role within Ecommerce
- A strong background in data analysis with confidence extracting, interpreting
- Advanced user of Excel and proven in working with large data sets
- Proficiency in BI Tools such as Power BI
- A genuine passion for Ecommerce, statistical analysis and UX
