SALARY: £60,000 - £75,000 (Depending on experience)

THE LEAD DEVELOPER OPPORTUNITY:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship for your development team helping them to create software that solves problems and meets the needs of users.
- Technical Leadership Mentorship Understanding and translating user requirements into technical specifications.
- Designing and implementing software solutions
- Writing and testing code
- Debugging and fixing software defects
- Maintaining and updating software Working with other developers, testers, and stakeholders
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Strong commercial experience of the .Net stack (C#)
- Experience of cloud computing platforms
- Experience of DevOps tools and practices
- Good working knowledge of version control systems
- Experience of relational and document databases
- Programming languages: C#, JavaScript, SQL Data structures and algorithms experience
- Software engineering principles understanding
- Understanding of Software development methodologies
- Programming skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
