• Fully Remote role, 35 hours per week
• Salary up to £75,000 DOE + benefits

I am working exclusively with one of the biggest SaaS businesses in the food preparation industry. They are currently scaling up the business and need a strong Lead Developer to come in and not only get hands on with Development but help mentor Junior Developer and access the teams skill set.

They work with some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry including some of the largest food delivery service providers and are revolutionizing the way we think about food preparation.

The Role:

This role would suit be a great opportunity for a Senior Developer with leadership experience wanting to progress to the next stage of their career or a current Tech Lead who is looking for a new challenge and is ready to help develop a team of 5 Developers.

Their current tech stack is PHP, Laravel, Vue.js and JavaScript, they have a plan which includes a full digital transformation into a new tech stack. If you've got experience working with Node.js it would be a massive bonus for the future of the business.

This role will have a hands on focus, you'll access the current team's skill set and help them to upskill in other areas. You will work across 3 products and set an example to the Junior developers at the start of their careers.

Key Skills:

• Commercial experience leading or mentoring a team of developers
• PHP
• Laravel
• js or React
• JavaScript
• Google Cloud
• Understanding of road maps and architecture is a bonus
