The Company

A globally recognised, independent supplier of software systems that capture and report clinical and patient reported outcomes data (PROMs).  Unique in the marketplace, the software supports Clinicians, Patients and the wider Healthcare economy.

The Role

A home-based role, as Lead Developer you will be responsible for exercising Development work in your own capacity, as well as handling the day-to-day staff/team matters, working under leadership from the Development Manager. 

You will be someone who is able to give clear and detailed instructions and guidance to the team and where necessary, mentor and support upskilling as well as monitoring work as required.

You will be a self-motivated individual who enjoys leading and guiding a team of Developers to ensure they are achieving their full potential and delivering work in a timeously manner to a high level of quality and reliability.  

Essential Skills / Knowledge

Web Development (HTML/CSS/JS)

C#

SQL

ASP.NET (MVC)

Highly Desirable Skills / Knowledge

API development experience (REST type APIs),

Database Management (MSSQL)

General technical knowledge - especially around web hosting issues (TCP/IP, Firewalls, TLS, IIS, DNS, SSL Certs, etc)

Windows Service development, 

WPF/XAML, experience of web/dev frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, Tailwind, React, jQuery, Angular, Vue, etc)
