A leading telecommunications company is looking for a Lead Digital Analytics Manager to join the team!

THE COMPANY

This company is looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Manager to join the company to manage a team of talented analysts and help improve customer experiences across all their platforms. They are looking for someone with expertise in Digital Analytics and customer behaviour to improve customer satisfaction, experience, and the overall performance and success of the business.

THE ROLE

• Oversee the collection, analysis interpretation of data from various digital channels and platforms.
• Lead a team of digital analysts to foster professional growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimise marketing campaigns, user experience, and product development.
• Define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks to track and evaluate Digital Analytics performance and improve customer experience across platforms.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experienced with Adobe suite is preferred - Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc
• Proven experience leading a team
• Extensive experience in Digital Analytics, preferably in a customer-experience-focused role
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
