They are undergoing an ‘electrifying’ period of growth by expanding their training facilities and offering 18th Edition Electrical Training and City & Guilds level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures) (2365 – 02).
With this comes a new opportunity for someone to join their team as Lead Electrical Trainer, contributing their leadership skills and experience to provide support and guidance involved in the development of the electrical training facility and technical training programme and assessments for the business. Your role will encompass delivering practical and theoretical electrical training, aligning with company, and awarding organizations' guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality electrical installation subjects consistentlyAssessing courses according to guidelines and maintaining accurate records
- Reviewing student performance and implementing necessary procedures
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity policies
- Collaborating effectively within the team and with external parties

The Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years on the tools and come from a training background with the relevant teaching/assessing qualifications.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working cooperatively alongside industry specific awarding bodies.
- Calm under pressure with a problem-solving attitude
- Leadership skills combined with a team player mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently.

Salary: Attractive salary/Dependent on experience, skills and qualifications
