Job Description
They are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Operations Manager to join their team. The Electrical Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of their electrical projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality throughout all stages of the process. This individual will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Oversee all aspects of electrical projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the management team.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the electrical team to achieve project objectives.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.
Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Regularly communicate project progress, milestones, and updates to clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Supplier Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for projects.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies as needed.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and accidents on-site.

Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a similar role for an M&E Contractor, with a proven ability to manage workloads and effectively track project progress.
Salary
The salary on offer for this role is £70k-£85k+package,depending upon previous experience.
