Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: Up to £25,000

Location: Harpenden

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing a first-class Customer Service over the telephone

• Handling insurance claims and renewals

• Communicating with clients, agents and third-party providers

What we are looking for:

• You will have a passion for Customer Service and proven experience in a customer-facing role

• Be an empathetic, supportive communicator who listens and responds to customer’s needs

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Career driven and ambitious

• Organised with high attention to detail
