Key Responsibilities for the Social Media Manager
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content and Social Media strategy
- Oversee the content creation process from ideation to publication
- Collaborate with stakeholders on content, branding and messaging alignment
- Manage and grow the company's Social Media presence
- Monitor trends and optimize content using data and analytics
- Engage with the online community across platforms
Required Skills/Experience for the Social Media Manager
- Proficiency with CMS, Social Media platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent writing, editing and attention to detail
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
- Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas
- Good working knowledge of SEO and content optimization
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous
