Annual Earnings: £45,000-£65,000 P/A

Our client is a leading systems integrator within the Electro-Mechanical Automation Field, specialising in Electrical Installations within the Food & Beverages, Distribution and Automotive sectors.

Their services include Control Panel Design & Manufacturer, Switchgear, Electro-Mechanical Automation (Production line machinery), Installations & Commissioning, PLC wiring and maintenance contracts aswell as Testing & Inspection servics. The majority of their customers have been with them for over 20 years which says a lot about the quality of their work and professional service.

The Role: Lead Electrician
- Leading industrial electrical installations around the East Midlands for customers in the Food & Beverages and Distribution Centre industries.
- Ensuring high standards of work, delivering on projects valued between £50k-£250k.
- Supervising 3-15 Electricians inclusive of staff and sub contractors.
- Liasing with both the customer and Project Manager ensuring the installation is completed with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Lead Electrician wiring Control Circuits, Safety Systems, Three Phase Distribution Boards, Control Panels, Switchgear, Controls & Automation, Power & Lighting, Conveyor and machinery installations.
- Working through schematic wiring diagrams to install equipment effectively.
Entry Requirements:
- 5-10 Years minimum experience as an Industrial Electrician.
- 2 Years as an Lead Electrician, Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Chargehand.
- Approved Electrician with a recognised apprenticeship, C&G 2391/2395 Test & Inspection, Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation, JIB/ECS Gold Card, AM2 and 18th Edition.
